Description:
- Responsible for overall HR functions including staffing, training, and performance evaluation of employees; compensation & benefits and corporate communication
- Ensure strict adherence to PRC employment laws
- Responsible for worldwide resource recruitment
- Will report directly to the President
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or above
- At least 5 years HR and management level experience in recruiting, training, performance evaluating, compensation & benefits and company culture
- Solid experience working within the PRC with full knowledge of local and international employment laws and culture required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Experience working in a foreign organization or MNC preferred
