人力资源经理


Description:

  • Responsible for overall HR functions including staffing, training, and performance evaluation of employees; compensation & benefits and corporate communication
  • Ensure strict adherence to PRC employment laws
  • Responsible for worldwide resource recruitment
  • Will report directly to the President

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or above
  • At least 5 years HR and management level experience in recruiting, training, performance evaluating, compensation & benefits and company culture
  • Solid experience working within the PRC with full knowledge of local and international employment laws and culture required
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Experience working in a foreign organization or MNC preferred
